White Poverty in South Africa
White poverty in South Africa is an everyday growing crisis as there are currently more than 650 000 White South Africans living below the poverty line. There are more than 80 white squatter camps around Pretoria (Capital of SOUTH Africa) alone.
Due to current policy changes and the 2009 economic crisis about 14% of the entire white population of South Africa is living without the most basic of human needs. Water, Electricity, Food and Clothes have all become a luxury to these people and Africa Food for the Hungry (AFFH) is striving to change this.
Donations and pledges are greatly appreciated. With the help of our fellow South Africans we can make a difference and won't stop until South Africa's informal settlements are seen as Development Centre's, instead of squatter camps.
AFFH's main goal is to provide a long term sustainable solution to those in need.
AFFH's motto is to fight poverty and hunger with all our means and ability.
